Experiments in Light | Colour | Form with MODEL GONGON VOL 19

お久しぶりです！

Took a long hiatus but we are back with the Experiments in Light | Colour | Form series!

With the right lighting, model and location (plus a healthy sprinkle of fun props) anything is possible. Let us put all of this together for you so you can focus on creating images that tell a story, that convey emotion and pack a real artistic punch.

Photographers, join myself, Deniz Demir (Instagram @denizdemir.photos / @deniz.people for VOL 19 of our studio series as we bring in our beautiful model [GONGON (https://www.instagram.com/gongonnnn2/)](https://www.instagram.com/gongonnnn2/) for a 3 hour photoshoot exploring the use of experimental and creative lighting techniques including RGB's, LED's, strobes, coloured gels, gobo's/snoot and other tools and props.

*** IMPORTANT: Please respect the model as no rude behaviour from any persons will be tolerated.

The aim is to have a super creative shooting, get inspired, network and most importantly learn from each other by doing and experimenting. Most things will be setup so we only that you bring your camera and if you have, a flash trigger (if you want to use strobes/speedlights). There is a possibility to rent a flash trigger for Sony and Canon cameras (1000 yen). There will be lots of props to create with (including fog machine) but if you have something specific in mind to bring please share it with us in advance.

[Cost]

15,000 yen payable via PayPay or cash at the event.

[What to prepare?]

Photographers, please bring your camera with a lens between 35--85mm working best. Also a trigger for flash (if you don't have a trigger and want to shoot with strobes/speedlights and would like to attend please get in touch beforehand).

We'll prepare enough speedlights, strobes, RBG's and LED's but you are welcome to bring your own equipment. (Please check beforehand).

[What's included?]

• maximum of 4 photographers so everyone has enough time to shoot.

• there will be know how and information provided regarding lighting depending on the individual photographers level and needs.

• If you're completely new to lighting we can also show you best practice and methods. Either way, we aim to have you walk away with a lot of photos you will be happy with and can use for your portfolio.

[VERY IMPORTANT]

ONLY RSVP if you are 200% sure you can come. Every spot is planned for and any last minute cancellations affects everyone. We are accepting PAYPAY as well and ask for a 20% downpayment when registering (separate invoice will be sent after registration) No cancellations after 1 week before the event or 100% of the event fee will be paid. First come first serve.

We encourage participants to share their work from the event in the group page or in the LINE group chat so that the model may use them for their own portfolio if desired (with credits to the photographer).

* Please always be kind and courteous to the model. There are zero exceptions.

* Be mindful that this is a private residence and should be treated as such.

* Photos taken at the event should not be used for commercial purposes unless you have written consent from the model.
