Additional Fees

There are no additional fees beyond the prices displayed for each product or service unless otherwise stated.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

To secure your booking, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required for all photography services.

The deposit reserves your selected date and time and is therefore non-refundable once payment has been received.

If the remaining balance has already been paid, 75% of the total booking fee will be refunded for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final and non-refundable.

Delivery

Digital Products

Digital downloads are available immediately after successful payment.

Photography Services

The remaining balance must be paid in full before the scheduled session.

Edited photographs and other deliverables will be supplied within the estimated delivery timeframe stated on the relevant product or service page.

Payment Terms

Credit card and PayPal payments are processed immediately.

Bank transfers must be completed within 3 days of booking unless otherwise agreed.

All photography services must be paid in full before the scheduled session.

Prices (Including Consumption Tax)

Current pricing for all photography services, workshops, digital products, publications, prints, and other offerings is displayed on the relevant product or service page.

Current service prices include:

  • Private Photography — ¥22,000 / ¥39,000 / ¥69,000

  • Private Couples Photography — ¥33,000 / ¥49,000 / ¥79,000

  • Studio Photography — USD $300

  • Short-form Videography — From USD $170

  • Long-form Videography — From USD $340

  • Photo Editing Lessons — ¥18,000

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of purchase or booking shall apply.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.

表示価格以外の追加料金は原則として発生いたしません。

キャンセル・返金について

写真撮影サービスをご予約いただく際は、ご予約日時を確保するため予約料金として25％のデポジットを頂戴しております。

デポジットはご予約枠の確保を目的としているため、お支払い後の返金はいたしかねます。

残金をすでにお支払いいただいている場合、ご予約日の24時間前までのキャンセルにつきましては、**お支払総額の75％**を返金いたします。

ご予約日の24時間以内のキャンセルにつきましては、返金はいたしかねます。

デジタル商品（ダウンロード商品）は商品の性質上、購入後の返品・返金はできません。

商品の引渡時期

デジタル商品

決済完了後、すぐにダウンロードいただけます。

写真撮影サービス

撮影日までに料金を全額お支払いください。

編集済み写真などの納品物は、各サービスページまたは商品ページに記載された納期を目安に納品いたします。

お支払い時期

クレジットカードおよびPayPalはご注文時に決済されます。

銀行振込をご利用の場合は、ご予約日から3日以内にお振込みください。

すべての撮影サービスは撮影日までに全額のお支払いをお願いいたします。

  • ショート動画制作：USD $170～

本サービスに関する契約および本表記は、日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されます。
